“328 Now, we're living in another age. Glory. Oh, I love this age. Don't you? Now, God has a mercy seat today to be guarded. You believe that? Where's the mercy seat found? In the heart of man. Where did it come in the heart of man? At the day of Pentecost when the Holy Ghost (which is God) come into human hearts. Is that right? Now, let's mark this down here, and get ready to draw it if you want to. Pentecost, P-e-n-t; I'll put: Pentecost. This is the mercy seat, the Holy Ghost. Put in here...

The Apostle Peter, Like Paul was used as GOD’S MERCY SEAT for the salvation of the Gentiles at Cornelius house. [Acts. 10:19-22]

19. While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee.

20    Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them.

21    Then Peter went down to the men which were sent unto him from Cornelius; and said, Behold, I am he whom ye seek: what [is] the cause wherefore ye are come?

22    And they said, Cornelius the centurion, a just man, and one that feareth God, and of good report among all the nation of the Jews, was warned from God by an holy angel to send for thee into his house, and to hear words of thee.

These were God’s predestinated Gentile elects having the deep in them responding to the deep call of God.

[Acts 10:44, 47-48]

44    While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.

47    Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?

48    And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.

But unto Ananias and his wife Sapphira, he was manifested as GOD’S JUDGMENT SEAT. This was exactly the same Judgment seat, which meeted out Judgment for Satan, for Eve, and for Adam in Eden. He has done so in this Laodiceans Church Age too:

 JUDGMENT BY PLANE CRUSH

“ E-23    Here a few weeks ago... Many of you in radio-land and in here are very well acquainted with the story of that airplane falling up in the eastern states there in New York, and drowning all those people trying to go under the bridge.

About two weeks before that, there was a trial about some property down in the... on the bowery. And they had a couple of little preachers down there who could hardly sign their own name, not educated. And a great lawyer by the name of Greenwall was just a working these little fellows over. They had said, "Get rid of that. What could you do to it? You couldn't embetter the place." But they had an abstract deed. So they wanted to hold it. They said, "What can you do for it when you can't hardly sign your own name? We need that for something else."

E-24    And the little fellows come to the stand. And one of them got up, and he said, "Sirs, it is true that we don't have educations, and we couldn't improve the property. But the Lord led us to take that place. The Lord told us to do it."

And Mr. Greenwall stood up in his spirit, and he said, "We don't need God in this. We don't have nothing to do with it. Don't you call God in on this. We don't want Him in on this."

Two weeks later, he drowned in the water in that airplane wreck. I wonder if he had time, or wanted to call the Lord into it then or not.

TWO TEENAGERS BEHAVING IMMORALLY IN THE CHURCH

E-32 And then when I was turn--I said, "Don't..." And Something said to me, "Say what you will, and it'll be done." I stood there. Mr. Mercier, the tape boy, and all of them standing, Brother Fred, and many of them standing present, the perspiration was just running from me. Something said, "Say, 'Blindness,' it'll be blind. Say, 'Death,' and they'll pack them out. Say what you will." I couldn't speak. I couldn't move. And it just left.

I thought, "God, what--what must I do?" And I turned, and he stood there, and his face white, looking at me. I thought, "What must I say?" Then I turned, and looked like, before I knowed what I'd said, I said, "I forgive you of your act."

And it must have been just the right thing to say. It was God trying a reaction on an action. That night it was revealed to me that I'd said the right thing. I knowed it was all leading to something, but what was it? What to do?

You know you have to watch what with a Divine gift what you do with it. Remember what Moses did? So I must've said the right thing. "I forgive you." For you know John, young John, wanted to burn up Samaria one time because they wouldn't feed them.” END OF QUOTE

That was God’s Mercy seat extended to the two teenagers who could have suffered the wrath of God’s judgment.

The Church today is still GOD’S MERCY SEAT for them that fear the Lord, and JUDGMENT SEAT to the Arrogant and ungodly.

[REVELATION 1:10-13] JESUS CHRIST IS STILL IN HIS BRIDE ON EARTH, IN THIS LAODICEANS CHURCH AGE.

10    I was in the Spirit on the Lord's Day, and heard behind me a great voice, as of a trumpet,

11    Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send [it] unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

12    And I turned to see the voice that spake with me. And being turned, I saw seven golden candlesticks;

13    And in the midst of the seven candlesticks [one] like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

As long as The Last elect hasn’t come in yet, He is still The Mercy Seat in This Last Church Age. A question was asked in this manner:

 “1160-Q-392. Ah... The church age ending and has blacked out, the Bride is called, we have already entered into the tribulation period?”

“No, no, no, you're... I wished that I could just have more time on that. See, see? The Bride, when she's taken from the church, then the church age will cease. Laodicea goes into chaos;

The Bride goes to glory; and the tribulation period sets in upon the sleeping virgin for three and a half years while Israel is getting its prophecy;

Then tribulation sets in upon Israel; and then comes the battle of Armageddon which destroys all things. And then, the Bride returns back with the Groom for a thousand years, the millennium reign;

After that comes the white throne judgment; after that comes the new heavens and new earth and the new city coming down from God out of heaven. Eternity and time blends together.” END OF QUOTE

So, God’s mercy is still available as long as the last elect hasn’t been drawn on board yet. God’s Holy Spirit did not and has not left His Body, The Bride, since He poured Himself upon the 120 believers on The Day of Pentecost.

Paul had to correct the Thessalonians, who were misinformed and told that the resurrection or the Rapture had already taken place. This is what he said: that, the resurrection will not take place until HE THE HOLY GHOST is taken out of the way:

[2 THESS.2:6-7]

6    And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time.

7    For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth [will let], until he be taken out of the way.

When the Holy Ghost is taken out of the way, from the Gentile Church that is when he goes away with the Gentile Bride too. There is your Rapture. The Mercy Seat would be over with Gentiles. But He moves to Moses and Elijah to extend his final Mercy to the 144,000 Jewish Elect. After that everybody will have determined their own individual destinies, according to [Revelation 22:11]

“He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.”

We see God above us, through the Old Testament Prophets, meeting Him as the SHEKINNAH GLORY, between The Two Golden Cherubims, in the Holiest of the Holy.

We see God with us, Immanuel, the fullness of the Godhead dwelling bodily in his Son.

And finally we see God in us, the Holy Ghost in the seven church Ages. All that God was He poured into His Son. All that Jesus was, He poured into His Bride. Now The Bride who is The called-out of Laodiceans Church Age, is the FINAL MERCY SEAT TO THE SAVABLE. He is still the same God, today as yesterday.

This is your final time sinner. The pardon had already been given. Mercy still lingers on for you. But for the pardon to have effect, you must accept it as a pardon now. Tomorrow may not be there. But today is here. That is in your hands now.
