1. Thyatira Church Age lasted from AD. 606 - 1520, a period of 914 years, making it the Longest church Age of them all.

2. Ephesus lasted between AD. 53 – 170. With a span of 117 years it is so far the shortest of the 6 church   ages.

LAODICEA is predicted to be a shorter Church Age: From AD. 1906 to the catching away: Today at 2023  AD, it is already 117 years and already at par with Ephesus. . If it is predicted to be very short, and EPHESUS was only 117 years, and currently the shortest, where are we at? I am not an alarmist, but I am watching what the scriptures tell me. So must everyone who loves His appearing. The watchman to Laodicea has this to say to us:

CHURCH AGE BOOK - THE AGE OF THE OPEN DOOR

THE AGE OF THE OPEN DOOR: [QUOTE]

“Revelation 3:8, "I know thy works; behold I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it; for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept My word, and hast not denied My Name."

The first phrase of this verse, "I know thy works," is analyzed in the rest of the verse, for their works had to do with 'the open door,' 'little strength,' 'the Word and the Name.'

“In order to understand the wealth of meaning involved in "behold I set before you an open door, and no man can shut it," we must now recall what has been said about each age running over into another age. There is an overlapping, a melting or fading into, rather than an abrupt end and a clear cut start. This age particularly flows into the next age. And not only does this age overflow into the last age, but the last age is in many respects simply a carrying on of the sixth age. The seventh age (a very short age) gathers up into itself for one quick work, all the evil of every age, and yet all the reality of Pentecost...

It is to this age that Jesus says, 'I come QUICKLY' verse 11. That makes the last age a very short one. Laodicea is the age of the quick work. It is cut short.

CHURCH AGE BOOK - THE MESSENGER

THE MESSENGER: [QUOTE:

“I doubt very much if any age truly knew the messenger that God had sent unto it, except in the first age where Paul was the messenger. And even in that age many did not recognize him for what he was.

Now the age in which we are living is going to be a very short one. Events are going to transpire very rapidly. So the messenger to this Laodicean Age has to be here now, though perhaps we don't know him as yet. But there will surely have to be a time that he becomes known. Now I can prove that because we have Scripture that describes his ministry. “ [END OF QUOTE]

Taking another shadow from the Old Testament, we can show further that indeed Laodicea is going to be a comparatively very short Age.

[GENESIS 5:22-24]

22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and            daughters:

23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:

24 And Enoch walked with God: and he [was] not; for God took him.

 

[JUDE1: 14-15] says Enoch was the seventh from Adam and he was translated or caught away, raptured before the flood judgment in Noah’s day.

 

14 And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,

15 To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard [speeches] which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.

 

Compared to his predecessors, all the way back to Adam, ENOCH’S age was also the shortest of them all:

      1. Adam, [Gen.5:5] lived for 930 years.

      2. Seth, [Gen.5:8] lived for 912 years

      3. Enos, [Gen.5:11], lived for 905 years

      4. Cainan, [Gen.5:14], lived for 910 years

      5. Mahalaleel, [Gen.5:17], 895 years

      6. Jared, [Gen.5:20], lived for 962 years

      7. ENOCH, [Gen.5:23], LIVED FOR ONLY 365 YEARS. [The shortest live span in his generation].

I do not believe in setting of dates. But shadows do not exist without their corresponding realities. So, if Enoch, who is the 7^th types the translated Bride, in the 7^th Church age, wouldn’t his shortest life span also type the shortest church age lifespan? Make up your own conclusion. But, above all these, be ready.

And we've tried hard this week to lay a foundation for that, of the soon appearing of the Son of God. And I am believing, and have been teaching, that altogether possible that He could come in this generation now, even this night. We just don't know when it's going to be, but we want to be so prepared that when it does come we will go with Him in the rapture.

E-4It's been a great time. Now, I've been preaching these strong messages about His coming, and trying to lay out the possibilities, and the hour that we're now living in, and how that everything to my opinion, my humble opinion, is just in condition for the coming of the Lord, the rapture, the next thing. And all that lacks could happen within an hour.

I believe of many, I don't know just how many, but several of the outstanding prophecies pertaining to the fulfillment of the coming of the Messiah and what He would do, was fulfilled in the last seven hours at the cross. How, "They pierced My side," and "My... not a bone was broken," and--and He cried, "My God, why hast Thou forsaken Me?" And the great prophecies, they just happened one, two, three, four, just like that, just in an hour or two apart. Now, that could happen the same way at His return, and we must be alert, waiting.

... And all that the prophets had said about Him, and for this age, why, it sure would be interesting to have heard Him say that. Wouldn't you like to have heard Him say it? "All the prophets said about..." Remember, He said what the prophets would say about Himself, quoting His own Self, what He had said, and He was the Word quoting.

281Now, let's listen to the Words that He quoted. Would you like to hear what He said to them? Let's just carry the conversation now, just before we stop.

Now, they were briefed on all the late happenings of the crucifixion, of the story at the grave and the tomb, and the women had seen Him, and another one said they seen Him, and so forth. He said... They--they briefed Him on that. And He goes right on with the Word about--quoting Himself through the Word.

"Now, look in Zechariah 12." (He must've quoted Zechariah 11:12.) "For He was sold with thirty pieces of silver. Was not the Messiah supposed to be sold by thirty pieces of silver?

"In Psalms 41:9, He was betrayed by His friends."

Of "Zechariah 13:7, forsaken by His disciples."

"In Psalms 35:11, accused by false witnesses."

"By Isaiah 35:7, dumb before His accusers, never opened His mouth." (All right, sir.)

"Isaiah 50:6, He was scourged."

"Psalms 22--22, He cried at the cross, 'My God, why has Thou forsaken Me?' All My bones they stare at Me. They pierced My hands and My feet.'" (Look at the prophecies He could talk about.)

"Isaiah 9:6, Unto us a Child is born, a virgin shall conceive, so forth."

"And also in Psalms 22:18, they--they--they parted His garments among them."

"In Isaiah 7:14, a virgin shall conceive."

"Psalms 22:7 and 8, made Him a--mocked by His enemy, he was supposed to be His friend, His enemies the church."

"In Psalms 22 again, He was... Not a bone was to be broken, but they pierced His hands and His feet."

"Isaiah 53:12, died with malefactors.

"In Isaiah 53:9, bruised, and buried with the rich brethren."

"In Psalms 16:10, He was resurrected from the dead. David said so, 'I will not suffer My holy One to see corruption, neither will I leave His soul in hell.' He was raised from the dead."

"Malachi 3, John the Baptist was His forerunner."

And all of the types He might have went to. Even to Isaac being the type of Him upon Mount--upon the mountain where his father Abraham took him in Genesis 22.

284It was now that they begin to see Who had fulfilled these Scriptures that was promised of that day. It was then, after it was late; they begin to see. "Oh, well, wait a minute. You know what?" They knew then that their crucified Friend Jesus was that Prophet that was promised. They knew because... See? They hadn't been briefed on the Scriptures.

But, here, all these things that's supposed to happen at the cross, all these things. "Fools, slow of heart to understand all the prophets have said, how that the Messiah shall suffer, and enter into His glory, and raise the third day."

Still they go, "Oh, yes. That's right. I see. Did not our hearts burn within us?" they said. No wonder their hearts burned. The prophecies that He was giving that was fulfilled...

287Then they begin to understand that their Friend, the Man that they'd eat with, talked with, associated with, fished with, laid in the woods, that that fulfilled every Word of the promised hour. There it was. They had walked six miles; it seemed a very short time, I suppose, and they'd heard a six-hour sermon on vindicated prophecy (a little longer than what we've had tonight).

Has this reminder awakened you to the reality of the age you are living in?

1. The prophecies of Daniel being fulfilled:

-     INCREASE IN KNOWLEDGE,

-     The WICKED DOING WICKEDLY; and

-     The DEGENERATION IN QUALITY OF NATIONAL LEADERSHIP from EXCELLENT, GOLD, [Dan.2:31] To becoming MORE INFERIOR THAN THE PREVIOUS: [Dan 2: 39.] Gold, silver, brass, iron, clay, Dan.2:32]; incohesive, morally depraved, lack of personal integrity, and credibility.

-     Finally to CHAFF, which is blown away like dust from summer thresh floor.

-     TERRIBLE Leadership, [Dan. 2:31], dictatorial, ruling with iron fist yet unable to hold the system together, finally BREAKING UP into pieces. Being like a mixture of iron and clay, [Dan.2:35].

      -     Do we see this happening in whole world, whether first, second or third world? Yes.

The repeat of the conditions in the days of Noah, lot, etc:

      -     Moral decay of society where right is called wrong and wrong is accepted as right.

      -     Corruption in high places.

      -     Violence on the increase specially in cities

      -     Evil imaginations in the hearts of men continually devising evil.

      -     More intense birth pains for the coming of the New Earth and the New Heaven: [more destructive weapons of war made by man.]

      -     A more intense magnitude of earthquakes, vulcanicity, Tsunamis, Hurricanes, Tornados, Famine, diseases,     than ever

      -     Perversion of food, marriage, truth, botany and biotic life etc .

Paul’s prophecy of 11Tim3: 1-8]

      -     Perilous times

      -     Greater Love of pleasure and hating of God.

      -     Absence of self control, and natural affection.

      -     Protected children disobedience to parents

      -     Selfishness, covetousness, and ingratitude

      -     Pride, high mindedness, arrogance, haughtiness

      -     False accusers, trucebreakers, fierceness,

      -     Despising of those that are good.

      -     Traitors, impersonators, and counterfeiters.

      -     Having some form of godliness but denying God.

      -     Rise of men of rebate minds, ever learning and never able to come to the knowledge of the Truth.

Many more prophecies are being rapidly fulfilled in this short age of Laodicea. While this is taking place, tares are bundling themselves up under the curse of denominationalism. Alongside with that, the Bride of Jesus Christ is getting into step with The Word. She is washing herself with the washing of the water of the Word, trimming her lamp and ensuring that it has oil in it. The life Jesus Christ in her is bearing His character and nature. She is meek, gentle, loving and faithful to the unadulterated Word of Her Husband. She is making sure of her calling and election, and therefore she cannot be deceived or detoured by any wolves in sheepskins. She checks every claim by the written word in the Bible and the spoken word of Malachi 4:5-6. She does not place her confidence in men but the word. She is aware of such warnings as this:

... I'm not a preacher. Anybody knows that. I'm not a preacher. But it's made up in a--a spiritual form of--of watching things and seeing things move, and forewarning people of things that's coming to pass. And it's just that's my makeup. I can't help that, no more than you can help your makeup. But He--God has put us each one in the Body to do certain things. And I watch every little move, every objective, every motive, 'cause everything is governed by spirit.

26This church was put here for a purpose. There's a spirit behind this church. Certainly. Spirit behind your home, behind every building, behind everything there is a spirit, motive, and objective. This church comes here to greatly exalt some human system or something, then its motives is not right; but if it's put here to try to achieve something for the Kingdom of God, then the motive and objective both is right, if the motives is directed that way.

WHAT IS YOUR LIFE EXUDING? NO PRETENCE WILL GO ON FOR EVER, PREACHER OR LAITY, THEIR FOLLY AND IMPERSONATIONS WILL BE MADE MANIFEST SOONER OR LATER. THE WAY TO CHRIST HAS A SUPER FILTER. AS LAODICEA NEARS THE END, TAKE A CHECK UP ON YOUR MOTIVES, OBJECTIVE AND THE SPIRIT BEHIND THEM.
