ARE YOU READY FOR THE CATCHING AWAY?

In this article we are going to outline according to Scriptures and The Message, two things:

1. CLUES TO BEING READY

2. SIGNS OF EMINENCE OF HIS COMING

[MATTHEW 24:44-51]

“44  Therefore, be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

45   Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

46   Blessed [is] that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

47   Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

48   But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;

49   And shall begin to smite [his] fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;

50   The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for [him], and in an hour that he is not aware of,

51   And shall cut him asunder, and appoint [him] his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and nashing of teeth.”

Here are the pertinent requirements which the scriptures say concerning making it in the rapture.

IS IT IMPORTANT TO KNOW AT WHICH WATCH HE COMES? YES, THE 7th WATCH

IS THIS ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW? NO. THE MECHANICS HAVE TO BE IN ORDER AND IN PLACE.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE FOUND READY? NOW READ ON

[LUKE 12:38:43]

38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find [them] so, blessed are those servants.

39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.

41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?

42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom [his] lord shall make ruler over his household, to give [them their] portion of meat in due season?

43 Blessed [is] that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

That is the reason why there had to be HALF HOUR SILENCE, [Rev.8:1]. Satan is not allowed to know when He is coming. He would do a lot of havoc

THROUGH OUT GOD’S DEALINGS WITH MAN, PEOPLE HAVE TRIED TO MAKE GOD REVEAL THE TIME WHEN HE IS GOING TO DO A CERTAIN THING.

However, God has always chosen to give them indicators, signs or clues, instead of the precise answer, of exact dates and hour which they always want to know. He has never change in acting the same way today.

Daniel in the Old Testament wanted God to reveal to him the time when he was going to fulfill those events which God had shown him by visions. [DANIEL 12:8-10]

“8 And I heard, but I understood not: then said I, O my Lord, what [shall be] the end of these [things]?

9 And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words [are] closed up and sealed till the time of the end.

10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.”

Before going to Calvary, Jesus disciples wanted to know when the world would end. [MATTHEW 24:1-5]

“1  And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to [him] for to shew him the buildings of the temple.

2  And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

3  And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these Things be? and what [shall be] the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

4  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

5  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”

After the resurrection, the issue and the question came up again, but this time indirectly:

[ACTS 1:6-7]

“6 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

7 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.”

God never yielded to man’s insistence to issues He has retained unto Himself as HIS OWN SECRET. We might fast and pray, plead and cry for God to reveal those kinds of things to us, but God is not obligated or accountable to any man. Job and Moses have this to tell us:

[JOB 33:13-14]

“13. Why dost thou strive against him? For he giveth not account of any of his matters.

14. For God speaketh once, yea twice, [yet man] perceiveth it not.”

[Deut.29:29]

29 The secret [things belong] unto the LORD our God: but those [things which are] revealed [belong] unto us and to our children for ever, that [we] may do all the words of this law.

Isn’t this answer satisfactory enough to take God at His Word? Sometimes man gets driven by his own agenda and insists until God gives him his own selfish heart’s desire but as a permissive will.

[Num22:15-22]

...Thus saith Balak the son of Zippor, Let nothing, I pray thee, hinder thee from coming unto me:

17 For I will promote thee unto very great honour, and I will do whatsoever thou sayest unto me:come therefore, I pray thee, curse me this people.

18 And Balaam answered and said unto the servants of Balak, If Balak would give me his house full of silver and gold, I cannot go beyond the word of the LORD my God, to do less or more.

19 Now therefore, I pray you, tarry ye also here this night, that I may know what the LORD will say unto me more.

20 And God came unto Balaam at night, and said unto him, If the men come to call thee, rise up, [and] go with them; but yet the word which I shall say unto thee, that shalt thou do.

21 And Balaam rose up in the morning, and saddled his ass, and went with the princes of Moab.

22 And God's anger was kindled because he went: and the angel of the LORD stood in the way for an adversary against him. Now he was riding upon his ass, and his two servants [were] with him.

Now Balaam, having confessed that he would do no more or less beyond what God had told him, now goes back to God to ask for MORE!!! And he is given God’s PERMISSIVE WILL, for which he almost paid dearly

CHRIST.IS.THE.MYSTERY_JEFF.IN V-3 N-7 SUNDAY_63-0728

17-3 Jesus, when He was on earth, they wanted to know WHEN HE WOULD COME. He said, "It's not... Even THE SON HIMSELF DON'T KNOW WHEN it's going to happen." See, GOD HAS THIS ALL TO HIMSELF. IT'S A SECRET. And THAT'S THE REASON THERE WAS SILENCE IN HEAVEN FOR A SPACE OF A HALF HOUR. And Seven Thunders uttered their voices, and John was even forbidden to write it (See?)--THE COMING OF THE LORD.

That's one thing He hasn't revealed yet, of HOW HE WILL COME, and WHEN HE WILL COME. It's a good thing that He doesn't. No. He has SHOWED or REVEALED IT in EVERY TYPE that's in the Bible.

(a) HOW He will come. (b). WHEN He will Come. [In Types & Shadows]

HERE ARE SOME EXAMPLES:

1. In Enoch: The Rapture will occur in the 7TH CHURCH AGE, before Judgement strike the Earth.

2. In Rebecca: going to meet Isaac in the field BETWEEN HER HOME AND ISAAC’S HOME.

3. In Abraham: had to RESTORE CAPTIVATED BROTHER, LOT, FIRST before breaking bread and  taking wine with Melchisedec.

4. In Esther: She TOOK NOTHING ELSE to meet The King , ONLY WHAT THE CHAMBERLAIN APPOINTED.

5. In Ruth: She had to be REDEEMED FIRST, GLEANED IN BOAZ FIELD, (kinsman’s field), THEN GOT MARRIED.

6. In the 5 Wise Virgins:  Were sure they had Lamps, (WORD), and Oil (HOLY GHOST) in their vessels. These two requirements represent PASSPORT and VISA to cross from the earthly Kingdom to heavenly Kingdom.

7. Manner of His Coming: LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. The Prophet likens it to the story of Romeo and Juliet. That is how much the Bible tells us about WHEN and HOW he comes.

 CLUES FROM JOHN THE APSOTLE: [I JOHN 3:2-3]

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

 CLUES FROM APOSTLE PAUL: [EPHESIANS 5:25-27]

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,

27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

 CLUES FROM ESTHER: [ESTHER 2:15-17]

15 Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king's chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.

16 So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which [is] the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.

17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.

E-78 Esther was to become a bride, so she didn't want none of the adorning of the world. She wanted to go in to the king just like she was. She adorned herself like the Pentecostal women ought to, with a meek humble spirit. And when all these fancy first ladies come by with all their new fandangoed things, the king looked at them, and put them in the chamber with the concubines. But when this Esther come into his sight, and he got a glimpse of that sweet, humble, meek spirit, he said, "That's her. Go get the crown and put it on her head." That's it.

Let them adorn themselves with that kind of a spirit, not only the women, but the men too, adorn themselves with that kind of a spirit. Then you're becoming ready for the--the bride, sweet, reverent. Esther made her heart clean.

Chamberlains in the Kings court in the O.T were usually eunuchs. So, they were purposely incapacitated making it impossible for them to impart seed of their own to any of the kings Harems as they served them.

Prophets are God’s spiritual chamberlains who only receive WORD from God, and give it to God’s Bride without ADDING or DIMINISHING an iota from it. I believe Brother Branham was faithful to deliver to us what God wanted us to know.

CLUES FROM THE 5 WISE VIRGINS: [MATTHEW 25:1-4]

1 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.

2 And five of them were wise, and five [were] foolish.

3 They that [were] foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:

4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.

Justification is good but it is only a step to Sanctification. Do not sit and settle there. Move on unto the Baptism of The Holy Ghost. This stage is as much an experience as Justification and Sanctification is. This is now The New Birth. And the new birth is likened unto entry into another country/Kingdom. In the natural, apart from your PASSPORT, you will also need a VISA. And The Prophet said, THE WORD is your PASSPORT and HOLY GHOST is your VISA. So, don’t settle down at Justification and Sanctification.

“43-2 Not long ago I was preaching. An old colored man come back there to the back of the building and met me. He said--says, "Reverend, I wants to tell yuh. I says you's right." That's right. Got your visa? If you haven't got your visa... You may have a passport, but if you haven't got your visa, you can't enter the land. You know that. Have you got your--everything ready? If is isn't, right now's the time to do it. ...”

This is what being ready means. Not only having the Passport, [THE WORD] but your Visa also, [THE HOLY GHOST]

CLUES FROM ENOCH’S ACCOUNT:

[A]. [GENESIS 5:21-24]

21 And Enoch lived sixty and five years, and begat Methuselah:

22 And Enoch walked with God after he begat Methuselah three hundred years, and begat sons and daughters:

23 And all the days of Enoch were three hundred sixty and five years:

24 And Enoch walked with God: and he [was] not; for God took him.

[B].[HEBREWS 11:5-6]

5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

79 And I believe we're on the borderland tonight. I was wondering about all my meetings and things, how I had to cancel them out. I truly believe, before the church can have the rapture, it's got to have Rapturing faith. We can't even have faith for Divine healing, let alone Rapturing faith. Got to have a faith that'll change and quicken this body, and be taken away. I believe there's a church on its road tonight, a power of the living God, that men will speak the Word here and there, and it'll flash like lightning. FAITH UNDER THE SPRINKLED BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST TODAY IS GREATER THAN FAITH UNDER THE BLOOD OF LAMBS.

E-20 Why, I believe the time will soon arrive, that miracle healing will be such a common thing... We've got to get some Rapturing faith in the church to get away from here one of these days.

E-21 Now, if God's Word through the law spoke and taken the initiative, how much more ought the Holy Ghost in a human being that's been borned again by grace and called of God, that ought to be the--the fire that was behind that Word when it was a pushed forward by the baptism of the Holy Ghost. What it ought to be today. The Word having such a great affect, knowing that, "Heavens and earth will pass away, but God's Word will never pass away." And the law was God's spoken, written Word. Watch, it was kept in a sacred place. It was sprinkled on top with blood, had a crown laying on top of there to show that it was the King's Word. And although shadowed as today, the blood being sprinkled on the believer where the Word of God goes forth from the believer...

And what an affect it ought to have today, when that sprinkled by a lamb's blood and this sprinkled by the Blood of Jesus Christ, our own conscience from sin and--and defilement. What a forceful thing the law ought to be. That's where I find the weakness of the Full Gospel Church, is not having faith in this wonderful Word that they have received.

128-2 {75} And then there's coming forth seven mysterious thunders that's not even written at all. That's right. And I believe that through those seven thunders will be revealed in the last days in order to get the Bride together for Rapturing faith; because what we got right now, we--we wouldn't be able to do it. There's something we've got to step farther; we can't have enough faith for Divine healing hardly. We've got to have enough faith to be changed in a moment and be swept up out of this earth, and we'll find that after a while, the Lord willing, find where it's written.

10-7 ... Just as we know now, as a man asked me a few moments ago about the coming and the rapture. We know we've lived the time out. The time of the rapture is at hand. And we're looking for a Rapturing faith that can pull the churches together and give it some supernatural strength that can change these bodies that we live in. We see a God that can raise the dead off the floor, or out in the yard, and bring him back to life again, and present him before us. When we see a God who can take a cancer that's eat a man to a shadow, and raise him up to a strong healthy man, that ought to give Rapturing faith to the people. That when that Light flashes from the sky, and the trumpet sounds, the Body of Christ will be quickly gathered together, and changed in a moment, and taken into the heavens.

Yes, there's got to be something like that happen, and our schools of theology can never produce that, yet they intellectually are all right; but you've got to meet that Light. You've got to find that something.

CLUES FROM REBECCA:

418 Like Rebekah who watered the camel, the very camel that she watered, she rode on it to meet her bride. The very God that we preach about, the very Word which is God, the very God that's in the Word, will rise us up someday by the baptism of Holy Ghost. And our critics will be killed by the same power that raises you to glory. See? Oh, my. Rise up and ride on it.

You people that's sick, don't you disbelieve God.

The power, the word of the message, the God we are watering daily, will be the same one to take us up to meet Him in the air as Rebecca met Isaac half way between her home and His home. Keep watering the same message, daily.

CLUES FROM RUTH:

Ruth had to have no living husband. She had to forsake all. She had to acknowledge and accept the God of Abraham, Jacob and Isaac and forsake all others.

[RUTH 1:16-18]

16 And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, [or] to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people [shall be] my people, and thy God my God:

17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, [if ought] but death part thee and me.

18 When she saw that she was steadfastly minded to go with her, then she left speaking unto her.

[RUTH 2:11-12]

11 And Boaz answered and said unto her, It hath fully been shewed me, all that thou hast done unto thy mother in law since the death of thine husband: and [how] thou hast left thy father and thy mother, and the land of thy nativity, and art come unto a people which thou knewest not heretofore.

12 The LORD recompense thy work, and a full reward be given thee of the LORD God of Israel, under whose wings thou art come to trust.

1. Ruth, like Rebecca, made a personal decision and commitment to follow the God of Naomi , and she also lived her commitment to the letter.

2. Ruth stayed virtuous until she got married to Boaz

3. Ruth gleaned from Boaz Field and none other.

[RUTH 2:22-23]

22 And Naomi said unto Ruth her daughter in law, [It is] good, my daughter, that thou go out with his maidens, that they meet thee not in any other field.

23 So she kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law.

Many a Message believer today don’t know what they are supposed to feed on. They eat from every table that is laid up out there. I am not saying they shouldn’t have fellowship with other true message believers, but I am only saying watch what you are feeding on, where it comes from.

"Well," said, "get with them guys.

I said, "They're not boatman. They don't know enough about that; they're enthused. They can't shoot that; they'll both drown out there; they just can't do it."

And he said, "Are you--can you trust..."

I said, "Listen, I--I know more about boats than they do, and I wouldn't try to shoot it with that--just that kind of material." I said, "It's got to take a power boat to cross that." I said, "It'll take something greater than that."

43-1    And I seen him look around to one of the brethren and said, "Are you a boatman?"

The brethren said, "Yes." See?

I said, "That's wrong."

And the boatman come back; he said, "Tell you what you do." Said, "They love you; they believe you," but said, "if you try to cross in the power boat, they'll try to follow you in that canoe; they'll both die." See? Said, "They can't follow you."

And I said, "Well, what must I do?"

And this boatman at the dock, he said, "You go back up there." Said, "There's only one little storehouse in all this country, one little storehouse. And just lay in plenty of supplies," said, "and they'll stay here while you're gone," but said, "you'll have to lay in supplies.

And I was just ordering all kinds of cabbages, and turnips, and radishes, and things, piling them in there like that; and I woke up. I didn't know what it was, but I do now. See? We're laying in the supplies, brethren. This is a life that you have to walk alone.

Now , if you are spiritual you will catch what the Prophet is saying. There is a stored food for the Bride to glean from. Not just every field out there. I hope you get it. We have a clean unadulterated Message to feed on. It is the balanced spiritual food you need, to give you all the nutrients, and vitamins and antibodies you need to keep you spiritually healthy and to make it to the catching away.

 

HOW ABOUT THIS?

God promised rabbits in the days of Luther. He promised other things in the days of others. But now He's promised us a full square meal, the full seven course menu, for all the Seven Seals are opened and everything is ready for the Word of God, for those who can receive...

Ruth’s faithfulness to her decision and commitment, gave her favour and grace, in the sight of Boaz, who was not only her kinsman, but also her redeemer and husband. So, know where you are gleaning from.

 CLUES FROM ABRAHAM MEETING MELCHIZEDEC AFTER RESTORING LOT:

[GENESIS 14:14-20]

14 And when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained [servants], born in his own house, three hundred and eighteen, and pursued [them] unto Dan.

15 And he divided himself against them, he and his servants, by night, and smote them, and pursued them unto Hobah, which [is] on the left hand of Damascus.

16 And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot, and his goods, and the women also, and the people.

17 And the king of Sodom went out to meet him after his return from the slaughter of Chedorlaomer, and of the kings that [were] with him, at the valley of Shaveh, which [is] the king's dale.

18 And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he [was] the priest of the most high God.

19 And he blessed him, and said, Blessed [be] Abram of the most high God, possessor of heaven and earth:

20 And blessed be the most high God, which hath delivered thine enemies into thy hand. And he gave him tithes of all.

 

 The Holy Ghost is meekness, joy, peace, long-suffering, goodness, gentleness, patience, faith. The Holy Ghost... That's the fruit of the Spirit, that the Holy Spirit bears in the church of the living God, sweetness, and humbleness, humility, love one for another, long-suffering.

E-75 If a brother's gone wrong, don't just beat him or something another. Go after him and see if you can get him back. Don't wait for the preacher to do it. You do it, somebody else. The preacher can't do it all, neither can the deacons. Everybody's a member of this body of Christ should go after one another. If we got... And if we've got the Spirit of Christ in us... He taught the great parable. He left the ninety and nine and went after that one. That's what we're supposed to do.

But we say, "Oh, let them go." We never should do that. We should be gentle, forgiving, long-suffering: that's the fruit of the Spirit.

 

JEHOVAH.JIREH_LONG.BEACH.CA THURSDAY_61-0209

“... and He met Abraham (Watch, this is a beautiful part.) after the battle was over. Abraham, the preacher of righteousness, that had went into the formals, and out in the ungodly thing, and snatching for his brother, to bring him back. "Come back, brother, come back." Did it do Abraham's revival any good? No. Lot fell right back over in Sodom again. There he perished in disgrace with his daughters, and so forth. He perished there.

E-73 But after Abraham (the true, righteous one of God), when he'd had the revival, after the battle was over, Melchisedec met him; and Abraham gave Him a tenth of the spoils. And what did Melchisedec serve him? Wine and bread, the communion, after the battle was over. Jesus said, "I'll not eat it any more with you, until I eat this anew with you in My Father's Kingdom." When the battle's over, servant of God, someday Melchisedec, the great King of peace, the great King of heaven, without father, without mother, without beginning of Life or ending of Life--without beginning of days or ending of Life, He will meet us after the battle's over, and serve us communion.

Do we now see the need to help restore fallen brethren? We have to fight till we overcome the devil and restore those he has snatched away into defeat. Let us not give up on fallen brethren, but fight on like Abraham until we restore them. Remember it is not flesh and blood affair.

6. Noah’s Day signs are before our eyes daily: Marriage and divorce, Violence in the Land, Sales business.

7. Disregard of God’s warnings by the ungodly

8. Falling away by so called believers

9. Rampant Spiritual deception

10. Rise of Jannes and Jambres impersonating Malachi 4:5-6

11. Degeneration of quality of leaderships as prophesied by Daniel’s image of: [Head of Gold; Breast and Arms of Silver; Belly and Thighs of Brass; Legs of Iron; and Feet, a mixture of Iron and Clay].

12. Increase in Knowledge sign, according to Daniel’s prophecy. [Electronic, Genetic, Astronomic, Aeronautic, etc; etc.

13. Rise of the level of national moral decay, world wide

14. Wars and warmongering among nations

15. Rise of many false prophets, [anti-christs] etc.
