In the Old Testament God through Moses allotted qualifications for the Priesthood. [Lev. 21:16-24].

16. And the Lord Spake unto Moses saying,

17. Speak unto Aaron, saying, whosoever he be of thy seed in their generations that hath any blemish, let him not approach to offer the bread of his God.

18. For whosoever man he be that hath a blemish, he shall not approach: A BLIND MAN; or A LAME; or he that hath A FLAT NOSE; or ANYTHING SUPERFLUOS;

19. Or a man that IS BROKENFOOTED; or BROKENHANDED;

20. Or CROOKEDBACK; or DWARF; or that hath a BLEMISH IN HIS EYE or BE SCURVEY; or SCABBED or hath HIS STONES BROKEN.

21. No man that hath a blemish of the seed of Aaron the priest shall COME NIGH to OFFER THE OFFERINGS OF THE LORD made by fire: He hath A BLEMISH; he SHALL NOT COME NIGH to OFFER THE BREAD OF HIS GOD.

22. He shall eat THE BREAD of his God, both of THE MOST HOLY and of THE HOLY.

23. ONLY he SHALL NOT GO in unto THE VAIL. nor COME NIGH UNTO THE ALTAR, because he HATH A BLEMISH; that he PROPHANE NOT MY SANCTUARIES; for I THE LORD DO SANCTIFY THEM.

24. And Moses told it unto Aaron, and to his sons, and unto all the children of Israel.

In the New Testament God through Paul also was given qualifications for Bishop: [Pastor/Elder or shepherd]; and Deacons.

These are found in: [1Tim.3:1-7]; [Titus.1:5-10], for Elder/Pastor; and [1Tim. 1:8-13], for Deacons.

Today, there is a mushrooming of men into the various offices of the 5-Fold Ministry. I have no doubt that God is still calling men into these offices. But we are also aware that impersonators, such as Jannes and Jambres are rising alongside the genuinely called, with all kinds of claims. The only way to each of us to know the genuine is to apply The URIM THUMMIM test. Satan has infiltrated and crept into the 5-fold ministry to try to discredit it from within. There are several of them among the GENUINELY CALLED TODAY. Malachi 4:5-6 has laid out the scriptures which has exposed them. Do they really believe the message they are preaching? The final Harvest will tell. Their folly will be made manifest. Whatever they are trying to hide in their life will be declared on housetops for all to see. 

Some of them are so bold, to even fight what The Messenger TO THE LAODICEANS SAID. SO, who are they in the reality of this End Time Message? Make your own conclusion.

According to [Acts.6:3-6] Stephen, Philip, Prochorus, Nicanor, Timon, Parmenas, and Nicolas were among the first 7 Deacons appointed by the 12 Disciples to handle deacons responsibilities. The qualifications needed for them were first spelled out: They were to be men of HONEST REPORT, FULL OF THE HOLY GHOST and WISDOM, FULL OF FAITH and then ORDAINED to handle the responsibilities and duties of Deacons.

This enabled the Ministers to give themselves continually to PRAYER and to the MINISTRY OF THE WORD.

We can see also that later on that Stephen and Philip had in them a calling to be Evangelists. [Acts. 7:1-60] and [Acts: 21:8].

Timothy who was the first Bishop, [Pastor] of Ephesus, was told to do the work of Evangelism, by Paul, the Messenger to the Ephesians Church Age. Quote: 

EPHESEAN CHURCH AGE. JEFF. IN 60-12-05

“72 Christianity at Ephesus was where the Jews lived, at Ephesus. And it was founded about A.D. 53 or 55. Christianity was planted there by Saint Paul. Later, Saint Paul spent three years at Ephesus. Paul's teaching bore great influence to the believers at Ephesus. Next, Timothy was the first bishop of the church at Ephesus. Paul wrote to the church at Ephesus. In Paul's time it was a great church.”

But Paul, The Messenger of the 1^st Church Age, Ephesus, told Timothy to “do the work of an Evangelist”

Brother Branham was likewise told to “do the work of an Evangelist” This clearly shows that any of the 5-Fold Ministers can “do the work of an Evangelist”. But that does not make them Evangelists.

There are men today who have “ascended” and “progressed” and "escalated" themselves from Pastors to senior Pastors and to Apostles, often referred to by their congregations as: “our apostle.” I have yet to see the universality of their ministry to the entire bride of Jesus Christ. I understand by the book of Acts and Epistles that Apostles are called to minister to the universal bride of Jesus Christ. I also understand by the Message of The Prophet Messenger of [Mal. 4:5-6] that, apart from The Prophet, no minister is called to two or three offices at the same time. Check it up!

YOU CAN'T MIX TWO OR THREE DIFFERENT MINISTRIES TOGETHER

140 ... Now, I haven't had a prayer line of this type for a long, long time. How many remembers my commission when we built the Tabernacle here? He said, "Do the work of an evangelist." Didn't say I was an evangelist. Said, "Do the work of an evangelist (See?), for the hour will come when that's to be changed."And that hour is arriving. All right.
Now, in this, He... You can't mix two or three different ministries together, pastor and evangelize the same time. You can't be a prophetand maybe a pastor at the same time (See?), 'cause you have different works, different ministry.[SPIRITUAL FOOD IN DUE SEASON. 65-07-18E]

There are those who have extended their offices from Pastors to prophets. I wonder where the scriptural authority for this is found. If anything, the Prophet said, quote:

“757-64 I believe that the Lord has used me in little special things to help maybe lay a foundation for a prophet that will come. But a prophet doesn't operate the way I operate, now, you know that. A prophet isn't an evangelist, and an evangelist isn't a prophet. A pastor isn't a evangelist, and a evangelist isn't a pastor. But God has set in the church, first apostles, then prophets, then teachers, then pastors and so forth. God set them in the church and God gave them an office. But the morning when I laid that cornerstone, if you're spiritual you get it. Because of the cry of the people... If you could break that out or take the book and read it, it said, "Do the work of an evangelist." Didn't call me to be an evangelist, but said, "Do the work of an evangelist, for the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but for--heap themselves together teachers, having itching ears and shall turn from truth to fables." When John The Apostle was taken to The Island of Patmos as a prisoner, God vindicated his office AS A PROPHET. [Rev. 1:3]; [Rev. 22:9]. The Word of the Lord Comes to a prophet.

There's no more higher order to reveal the Word than prophets   Quote:

“262. Notice the very day when this messenger, not when he starts on the, but when he begins to declare his Message. See? The First Pull, healing; Second Pull, prophesying; Third Pull, the opening of the Word, the mysteries revealed. No more... There's no more higher order to reveal the Word than prophets. But the only way the prophet can be a-vindicated is by the Word. And remember the Third Pull was the opening of them Seven Seals to reveal the hidden Truth that's been sealed in the Word. Do you see it? It is then, in that day when this thing is to take place that Jannes and Jambres, the impersonators, will appear again, just like they did when Moses appeared with the original Word to say it; they appear to impersonate it. [AMOS 3:7-8]

“Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

The lion hath roared, who will not fear? The Lord GOD hath spoken, who can but prophesy?”

Let us examine ourselves and see if we be in the faith. Do we, in our current offices, meet these qualifications?

There is no minister that can marry a widow. Did you know that? You want to read that? All right, you get in Leviticus 21:7 and Ezekiel 44:22 and it will show you that the priesthood was not to marry a woman that's been touched by man. This type is of the virgin Bride of Jesus Christ, because they handled the fire of God, the priests did, Aaron's sons. (We haven't got time to read it all and get out by noon. We got twenty minutes yet.) And them's Aaron's sons that handled the--the--the fire of God. So they could not marry a woman that had been touched by another man. The unchanging God said so. They could not marry another woman (and woman had been touched by a man), showing in type here, if you want to see it, that the church of the living God is purely, unadulterated the Word of God and not a denomination that's been handled by man.

ADULTERY AND DIVORCE TAKES A MINISTER/PREACHER OUT OF THE PULPIT.

312-136. There's a little old girl setting back there tonight, my wife; I love her with all that's in me. And if I knowed that I could run around with another woman and get by with it, and go tell her, and say, "Meda, I did wrong," you think I'd do it? If I love her right, I won't do it. That's right.

Now, what if I'd say, "Oh, I can't do it, 'cause I tell you why. She'd divorce me and I got... Oh, I'm a preacher. See what that'd do? That'd take me out of the pulpit, if she'd divorce me; a divorced man. Oh, I got three children; I couldn't think of that.

POLYGAMY, ADULTERY, AND DIVORCE MAKES A MINISTER TO LOSE THE MINISTRY.

“349-352. How we went through it. I said, "If I said to my... about my wife, 'Oh, well, I'd like to have two wives. I'd like to run around with this one, and do this and that. But I... If I do, my wife will divorce me and my kids will be... And my ministry would be lost,'" You dirty, rotten hypocrite. That's right. You don't love her right in the first place. That's exactly right.

POLYGAMY DISQUALIFIES YOU TO MINISTER

1012-Q-286286. Brother Branham, is it (Let's see.)... For a person who has a living, divorced mate who remarry before coming unto the Message to minister?

“Well, in I Timothy 3:2, if you want to put that down, and Titus 1 to 6 (I wrote that one down.), I want you to read that for this question. See? If a man--if a man desires the office of a bishop or a preacher (something another in church), he's got to have just one wife. That's right. A minister... Now, that's I Timothy 3:2, and Titus 1 to 6. Now, Titus 1 to 6, yeah. All right. Now, notice that the Bible said that that man that's a minister in the house of God will have one wife.”

THE REPROACH OF AN ADULTERER SHALL NOT BE WIPED AWAY. 

[PROVERBS 6:32-33]

“[But] whoso committeth adultery with a woman lacketh understanding: he [that] doeth it destroyeth his own soul.

A wound and dishonour shall he get; and his reproach shall not be wiped away.”

How can you continue being qualified to be a minister of the Gospel with all wounds, dishonour, and this kind of report? No doubt you can be forgiven, like David was, but his reproach remained with him all the days of his life. His iniquity and transgression was visited upon his children, and his children’s children. Watch the pattern on the adulterer ministers of today. God’s word means what it says.

Repentence, is the only way out from this life. But you cannot take the grace of God in vain by living in it day in, and day out. The woman who was caught in the very act of Adultery was forgiven. But Jesus told her, never do it again. 

Truly, the blood of Jesus Christ has power to cleanse and to make you as if you didn't do it to begin with. But, don't fall in that ditch and continue to lay in it day in and day out. Does that show any fruit of repentence?

I believe it is the same with Spiritual adultery. Ministers going about, hybridize God’s word with their own interpretations, explanations and distortions. And keep doing it over and over; God can put them away for spiritual fornication.

E-30. What is sin? Unbelief. There's only one sin, unbelief. You commit adultery, you smoke cigarettes, you curse, you drink, because you're an unbeliever. If you was a believer you wouldn't do that. Them things are attributes of unbelief. A true believer is soundly, solid based on Christ, and there's nothing will shake him. But because that you're waving, pulling off to one side, that's the reason you have these things happen in your life. True unadulterated faith will hold you safely against the cross. It will.

A BOGUS DOLLAR IS THE IMPERSONATION OF THE REAL DOLLAR

193 There's been a lot of make-belief and put on. You expect that. God said it would come. Well, what's it trying to do? If there's a bogus dollar, it's got to be made off of a real one. You've seen people claim to have the Holy Spirit, and live in adultery, and drink, and everything else; they haven't got It. They're trying to impersonate It. But there's a real genuine somebody that's got It, got the Holy Spirit, and God confirms His Words with signs following. Harlot heard, she believed It.

I hope we are awakening to examine ourselves if we are in the faith. Being in the ministry requires qualifications. The qualifications are in his word, the Bible. Does our conscience accuse or excuse us? [Rom.2:15]

WE ARE OUR OWN JUDGES, AND JURY.I am not your enemy. I am your brother and friend. I would ask the same question PAUL asked in his day: "Do I become your enemy by telling you the truth?"
